Our policy lasts seven days. If seven days have gone by since your order has been received, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must have remained sealed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within one business day.
We only replace products if they are not as described or pictured, differ in any way from COA or MSDS documentation or damaged during delivery. If customers have an issue with any of our products within seven days of reception, please contact us within the seven days of reception.
To return your product, you should work with Ingredient Depot Inc. to get authorization, then for shipping arrangements.
You would be responsible for paying shipping costs unless the damage was caused by the carrier.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
