Refunds & Returns
We distribute chemicals and raw materials in all forms.
When products leave our facility, we cannot resell the product to other customers.
If a customer makes a MISTAKE with the grade, size, product, compliance or regulations, it does not permit a return or exchange.
Ingredient Depot does not cover product performance, product formulations, or formulators and laboratory results.
If Ingredient Depot has shipped the wrong product, please inform us immediately on delivery, we will exchange or refund your order in a timely way.
Damaged Product during Delivery
If a product being delivered seems damaged by visual inspection, the customer must simply refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
