Chemical orders ship exclusively to Canadian customers.
Chemicals combined with regular products (non-chemicals) require separate orders.
International customers are welcome.
Import duties, taxes, or any additional charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
If a product is refused or returned, a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping costs both ways will be made after the returned parcel is received in the same condition.
By purchasing our products customers agree not to hold Ingredient Depot Inc. responsible for customs delays or refused clearance of a shipment.
Our seven days warranty does not cover product performance, product formulations, or formulators and laboratory results.
If an order is undelivered by the carrier, damaged during transit, or if the wrong product was shipped, then a return or refund is applicable.
If seven days have gone by since your order has been received, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns for Dangerous Goods.
The customer must refuse the delivery at the time of delivery.
If a product being delivered seems damaged by visual inspection, the customer must simply refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
It is the customer's responsibility to supply accurate shipping information when placing an order.
